With that being said I went in the store to return an item purchased at another store and the manager was called and let me say. The manager does not reflect this statement. I was told they would not refund the item because it wasn’t purchased at that store so I asked if they had a corporate number which I was given but the manager made sure to say they will tell you the same thing. So obviously helping being there most important thing to do for the day is false. To wrap up this I would not recommend ever shopping at this Ace

A gentleman greeted me upon entering and insisted on helping me find what I was looking for. As I was browsing and carrying a couple heavy items, a young lady asked me if I needed a cart. I was a good distance from the registers and a young man asked me if I was ready to check out and lead me to the registers. Definitely one of the most positive experiences I've had at a hardware store!
